What is the S-Class Priority Programme?

The S-Class Priority Programme gives you exclusive privilege to be one of the first to own the new S-Class V223.

What do you mean by exclusive privilege?

You will secure the opportunity to be one of the first to own the new S-Class V223.

How do I join the S-Class Priority Programme?

When your Mercedes Benz S 560 e is registered from 1st November 2020 onwards, you are automatically enrolled in the S-Class Priority Programme and will be given a voucher with unique serial number.

How can I utilize this voucher?

Prior to the official launch of the new S-Class V223, our Sales Consultant will contact you for priority booking. Kindly share the unique serial number with the Sales Consultant to confirm your priority booking.

Can I transfer this voucher to someone else?

This voucher is non-transferable except for direct family i.e. spouse, children (proof of document is required).

Can I exchange this for other discount vouchers / cash / coupons / promotions?

This voucher is not exchangeable for cash, any vouchers, coupons or promotions. It is only valid for the S-Class V223 priority booking.

What happens if I do not confirm my interest by the said date?

Our Sales Consultant will get in touch with you for priority booking of the S-Class V223. Your voucher will be void should there be no confirmation within a 14-day period from the date of contact.

If the voucher is tagged under a company i.e. Company XYZ. Is the voucher still valid if I register the vehicle under Individual ownership (I work under Company XYZ)?

Yes, the voucher is valid in this case However, you would need an official confirmation letter from your company/employer stating this intention as verification.

Leasing (Lease@Ease)

If I opt to take the leasing payment plan, Lease@Ease for one (1) year, will I be able to extend my leasing period considering the new S-Class V223 launch is delayed?

Under this plan, the vehicle can be returned or refinanced after contract ends. Refinancing
option is applicable with FinanceCare or Young Star Agility financing plans. Terms & conditions apply.

If the new S-Class V223 is launched before my contract ends, can I return the vehicle?

You may return the vehicle before your contract ends, provided the total outstanding rental of your contract is paid off. For example, if you lease for 24 months and you would like to return the vehicle at the 20th month, you will be required to settle your outstanding 4 months in a lump sum payment before returning the vehicle.

Agility Financing

What does the options Settle, Extend and Return means?

After end of your Agility contract, you will have 3 options to choose from:

Settle – You can own the S 560 e outright after settling the outstanding Guaranteed Future Value of the vehicle.
Extend – Don’t feel like settling the outstanding Guaranteed Future Value? You can choose to extend the contract by refinancing.
Return – The new S-Class V223 will be launched just in time as your contract ends? Return the S 560 e to us with no further obligations - other than any excess kilometre charges and subject to fair wear and tear.

If the new S-Class V223 is launched before my contract ends, can I return the vehicle?

Unfortunately, you may not return the vehicle. However, you may trade in your vehicle for the new S-Class V223 with our Dealers.

Can I trade in the S 560 e for the new S-Class V223 when it launch?

You have the option to trade-in. However, if your contract has not ended, you would need to settle the total outstanding instalment and Residual Value Balance.
