Third seat row

The seats and cargo volume available in your vehicle are just as diverse as your lifestyle. The third seat row for up to two additional passengers can be quickly folded up or down at any time. Use the flexibility to suit your specific needs – depending on whether you wish to transport other passengers or a lot of luggage.

Large, variable load compartment

Transport everyday and leisure items even more practically and safely. The Load Compartment Package combines additional stowage and connection options such as the 12 V socket. Your car gains versatility and becomes a mini charging point. For example, it powers your cooling bag for shopping or a trip to the beach.

HANDS-FREE ACCESS

Easy and stress-free loading and unloading with HANDS-FREE ACCESS: the boot lid opens and closes without physical contact. For this, the sensor area beneath the rear bumper detects a kicking motion with your foot. This is particularly helpful when you have both hands full with shopping bags or don't have a free hand to close the boot lid.

Free choice – several input options produce the same result: touchscreen, direct control buttons for media, navigation and phone, touch control button on the steering wheel, touchpad or advanced speech recognition.

Individualisation

With so-called themed displays, the vehicle can be adjusted to personal pre-configured ambience settings at the touch of a button – these comprise for example the display style, air conditioning, radio station or drive modes such as DYNAMIC SELECT.

LINGUATRONIC voice control system

Natural-speech voice control can also be extended to Mercedes-Benz online services – e.g. for weather information or internet radio – and can also control vehicle functions such as the air conditioning or seat heating.

THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control

The THERMOTRONIC controls the individual temperature in two zones. You and your front passenger can thus set your preferred climate independently of one another. And you never have to readjust, because the sensitive sensors also register changed conditions such as the solar radiation.

Smartphone Integration

Smartphone Integration links the mobile phone with the media system via Apple® CarPlay® or Android Auto®. This gives you convenient access to the most important apps on your smartphone. You can also use apps from third-party providers such as Spotify quickly and easily.

Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC

You won't ever want to be without this highly advanced system again, especially in bumper-to-bumper driving or tailbacks. Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC lightens your load extensively and automatically regulates the distance from the vehicle in front. In conjunction with Speed Limit Assist, you can adopt detected speed limits conveniently at the press of a button.
